BM Box	Stands for British Monomark Box. This is the equivalent of the PO Box
BCM Box	Stands for British Commercial Monomark Box. This is the equivalent of the BM Box, except it is for business use.
Box Number	If you select a standard BM Box subscription and do not specify a box name, you will be nominated a box number. If you wish to apply for a specific number you must apply for the premium service. Box numbers are subject to availablility, and are not confirmed until customer services contact you. Re-enclosure	All post is re-enclosed in a new envelope, which is then forwarded on to your forwarding address. The cost of this is 16p per item plus stamp and envelope
Redirection	All post is re-labelled with your forwarding address and then sent on. The cost of this is 16p per letter plus stamp
Additional Account Names	These are the names of associates for whom we may receive calls and with whom we may leave messages. (This only applies to Telephone service subscribers)
