We offer 3 basic options:
1. We can forward or redirect your mail daily, weekly or monthly to a schedule of your choice.
2. We can scan and email your letters to you on the day of receipt.
3. You can collect your mail daily from our Holborn WC1 offices.
We can forward your mail daily, weekly or monthly. Options include redirection where we simply relabel and forward to your mailing address, or re-enclosure where we bundle up your mail and send in a single enclosing envelope to your mailing address.
We can open, scan and email your letters to you daily. From 75p + VAT per letter this service is really convenient because it means you get your mail on the day we receive it, regardless of where you are in the world. Call us to discuss the options available.

Charges per letter (inc. envelope face):
• 1 to 5 A4 sides 75p + VAT
• 6 to 10 A4 sides £1.00 + VAT
• 10+ A4 sides £1.50 + VAT

You can collect your mail from our offices which  are open every working weekday from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm, excluding National and Bank Holidays. Our address is 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX. Pop in, we’d be delighted to say hello and tell you about our company and our services. Whether you’ve chosen a Business or Personal mail plan, your Street Address Service can be  addressed exactly as if it were your actual address. There is an allowance of 2 names per personal plan and 2 names plus all company directors for the business plan. ID’s are required for every name that is able to receive mail on an account.

• Use FREE as Company Registered Office address.
• Plan prices allow for up to 2 directors. Additional directors one off charge of £12.00 each.
We will accept mail for you immediately following sign up. Your Street Address service will be fully active by the next working day, dependent on us receiving and verifying the ID information we are legally required to request.
We can open, scan and email your letters to you
daily starting from only 75p + VAT per letter.
A refundable £45 Postal Deposit is required to
cover forwarding postage costs.
Individual items of mail and telephone calls and messages are charged according to how you have instructed us to handle them for you:

MAIL HANDLING CHARGES:
• Scan & Email from 75p + VAT per letter.
• Letters redirected 14p + VAT.
• Letters forwarded 14p + p&p + VAT.
• Customer collected letters 10p + VAT.
• Customer collected small & large parcels from 72p. + VAT
• Signed for letters & parcels from 60p + VAT.
• Courier collected parcels from £1 + VAT.
• Parcel storage £1 + VAT per day (after 14 days).

TELEPHONE MESSAGE CHARGES:
• Telephone messages £1.25 + VAT
• Diverted calls Call Cost + 15% + VAT
