SCAN & EMAIL: Read your mail on the day we receive it

For pure convenience, more and more of our customers are choosing our Scan and Email option. Letters we receive are opened, scanned and emailed to you on the day of receipt. You remain in control of all scanned mail originals and may opt for these to be forwarded, held for collection or securely shredded.

Yes. We use SagePay, the industry leaders in secure online transactions for all our online payments. Your financial information always remains totally private.
We will accept mail for you immediately following sign up. Your Post Box service will be fully active by the next working day. This is dependent on us receiving and verifying your ID information.

We provide Business and Personal address options. A Postal Box can have either a name or a number. For all standard box plans we choose your box number. For the Premium Postal Box Plan you can choose your box number (subject to availability).


We can open, scan and email your letters to you daily. From only 75p + VAT per letter this service is super convenient because it means you get your mail on the day we receive it, regardless of where you are in the world. Call us to discuss the options available.
