A NOTE ABOUT DEPOSITS
All deposits (less any itemised charges accrued) are refundable at the end of your final contract period with us. Deposit amounts are classed by HMRC as ‘money not yet spent’ and as such do not generate an initial VAT requirement on this order. A VAT charge will be generated and deducted from your deposit each time an itemised charge is incurred on your account.
A NOTE ABOUT VAT
For administrative reasons we include VAT on all our orders. If you believe that due to the location of your business VAT should not be applied to your order we will be happy to refund the VAT amount paid if you are able to provide the supporting information required.
