Yes. With our experience and bespoke mail handling systems you can be assured that every item of your mail will be internally tracked from its delivery to us right through to its eventual collection or despatch. Under no circumstances will your private details be revealed to third parties, unless of course we are legally required to.
Yes. We use SagePay, the industry leaders in secure online transactions for all our online payments. Your financial information always remains totally private.
Mail and call handling companies like ours are required by law to be registered for AML and this requires us to hold the basic ID information of every account holder or person named as being able to receive mail at our address

Our Virtual Office service can be up to a staggering 5 times less expensive than some of our competitors. In addition to our flexible mail handling services our virtual office customers enjoy a dedicated 0207 number, which is included in the cost and features professional call answering from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday excluding national and bank holidays.
