If you have received an email from us regarding your Company ID Status

We are required by AML regulations to regularly review and update your Company’s ID Status with us. The email you received will include your account number and the name of your company and advise of an upcoming telephone review.

It will also include the attachment shown below.

Should you have any further concerns as to the authenticity of the email you have received please do not hesitate to call us during our normal operating hours on our usual office number.

The details and documents we will be reviewing are as follows. (Please note normally it is only when address details have changed or where there are new company directors that we require you to provide us with new documentation).

A) For your company, 3 Company ID documents are required.

1. Certificate of Incorporation 

2. Proof of Company Registered Office Address 

3. Proof of Trading Address

B) For your Company Directors, PSCs / BOs, 2 Personal ID documents are required per eligible person.

1. Photo ID 

2. Residential Address ID 

All ID Documents uploaded must be valid and in date. Scans or photocopies should be un-cropped and show the entire document page; be in full colour, clear and sharp when viewed at 100% and no more than 5mb in file size. Files larger than 5mb will not upload.
* Please note you can only use your Driving Licence for ONE of the two Personal IDs required, not both.
