You may choose to have your mail forwarded to any UK or worldwide address – daily, weekly or monthly. You may collect or have your mail collected on your behalf – that includes letters, parcels and signed for items such as registered or recorded mail. Unlike the Royal Mail we are able to accept signed for items from ANY courier source.
Business users of our full Street Address service may also use our address as their Company’s Registered Office address at no extra cost – select this option during the sign-up process.

When will my service be activated?
Immediately. We will accept mail for you immediately following sign up. Your Post Box service will be fully active by the next working day dependent on us receiving and verifying your documentation.
Can you scan and email my mail to me?
Yes. We can open, scan and email your letters to you daily. From only 75p + VAT per letter this service is super convenient because it means you get your mail on the day we receive it, regardless of where you are in the world. Call us to discuss the options available.

Our itemised charges and refundable deposits are amongst the lowest in London. The following prices outline typical mail and call handling charges
• Scan & Email: From 75p per letter.
• Letters: Forwarded/redirected 20p + p&p.
• Collected: Letters 17p.
• Collected: Parcels from 60p.
• Signed for: Letters & parcels from 60p.
• Courier collected: Parcels typically £1.
• Parcel storage: £1 per day after 14 days (if without prior arrangement).
