ID Documentation to us.
3 Company ID documents are required.
A total of 3 Company ID documents are required, 1 from each of the following 3 sections.
1. Certificate of Incorporation – available from Companies House > Your company entry > Filing history > Incorporation PDF > Download Page 1
2. Proof of Company Registered Office Address – available from Companies House > Your company entry > Filing history > Incorporation PDF > Download Page 2
3. Proof of Trading Address – a letter or bill less than 3 months old that confirms the address where your company physically trades from.
ID Documents provided must be valid and in date. Scans or photocopies should be of the entire document page, in colour, clear and sharp when viewed at 100% and no more than 5mb. Files larger than 5mb will be unable to upload.
2 Personal ID documents are required per person.
A total of 2 Personal ID documents per person are required for each Company Director, Beneficial Owner (BO) and Person of Significant Control (PSC), 1 from each of the following 2 sections.
1. Photo ID – we would prefer your Passport but we will also accept your photo Driving Licence or a photo EU Identity Card.
2. Residential Address ID – we can accept a Utility Bill in your name; a Bank Statement; Tax Letter: Landline Telephone or Broadband Bill etc. The main provisos are that any documentation you provide must be personally addressed to you, or in the case of additional account names, personally addressed to them at their residential address. Documentation must less than 3 months old and please note we are unable to accept a Driving Licence, Mobile Phone Bill or anything addressed to a company or commercial premises as proof of Residential Address.
