Personal Service Applications

For personal service customers this is a simple case of providing 2 documents.

1. A Photo ID and 2. A proof of your Residential Address for you the Account Holder and all named individuals set up to receive mail on your account.

For the Photo ID we would prefer your Passport but we will also accept your photo Driving Licence or an EU Travel Card.

For proof of your Residential Address we can accept a Utility Bill in your name; a Bank Statement; Tax Letter: Landline Telephone or Broadband Bill etc. The main provisos are that whatever documentation you provide must be personally addressed to you, and in the case of additional account names, personally addressed to them. Documentation must less than 3 months old and please note we are unable to accept a Driving Licence or Mobile Phone Bill as proof of Residential Address.

ID Documents provided must be valid and in date. If scans or photocopies they should be of the entire document page, in colour, clear and sharp when viewed at 100% and no more than 5mb file size.
